We arrange necessary 3rd party services (i.e. notaries, title companies, escrow services, etc.). We want your mind at complete ease so we arrange everything for you and cover all associated costs. No travel, no agents, no paying back taxes, no costs. Just a few easy signatures.

Step 5 - You Get PAID

Once a clear title has been confirmed, we will arrange closing. The proper documentation will be drafted to transfer title and will be provided to you. A couple signatures later, the funds are released and you get PAID.
